Full Speed Plumbing gets an A++ from me today. After a week of a clogged drain, trying everything I knew–I called plumbers–lots of them–But FSP said they could get me on a wait list for today. Anthony shows up–inspired confidence with the first sentences he spoke; talked me through everything he did–professional, thorough, a problem solver. He assured me he would get it fixed. He had to bring in a second piece of equipment–blew out the line, double and triple checked it would drain and was going into my septic holding tank. Clearly he is well trained; of course I appreciated his knowledge and skills, but I equally appreciated his customer skills. Next time I need a plumber Full Speed in on my dial!

Our fence installers cut the water line from the street to our house, and their fix started leaking two days later. I called a couple of places to get someone out to the house, and Full Speed Plumbing sent Anthony within an hour of calling! He took care of the problem quickly and was great to work with. He explained things very clearly and did a great job!

Anthony did an absolutely amazing job replacing my garbage disposal! He was quick, effective, and friendly as well!

Anthony came to the house at the appointed time and unplugged the toilet in less than 5 minutes. He was kind and considerate and charged a fair price.

My wife and I had been dealing with a compromised sewer pipe over the last few years.  The pipe was infested with tree roots and finally collapsed.  We both knew that we had to find a solution fast.

Four companies came to our home to provide estimates.  We were both shocked at what the three competitors were trying charge us.   Full Speed Plumbing was our go to option.  They offered an honest and reasonable bid; instead of trying to overcharge/scam us. The company was willing to start the job the next day.

I recently called Full Speed Plumbing to diagnose a high pitch “Siren” sound coming from my Plumbing when the toilets were flushed or we ran the washing machine. My first impression was with the receptionist Myra. Outstanding customer service skills, polite, kind, attentive to all my needs as a customer. My second impression was with the team that came out to diagnose my problem. Dustin and Daniel were very professional. They listened carefully as I explained the issue. In no time, they diagnosed my pressure relief valve on the main water line, was bad. Within about an hour and a half they replace the valve and then we’re on their way. This also included a plumbing inspection of the whole house free of charge. If you’re looking for good quality workmanship and customer service, full speed Plumbing is the one to call. The guys at Full Speed Plumbing were great to work with! They did such an awesome job and they were nice enough to let me observe for a bit, since I was interested in learning how to do minor plumbing work. They were even nice enough to explain how certain things worked and why you’d want to install something one way vs. another. Loved this! Will definitely be using them again.

Anthony London was one of the best plumbers I have met in a long time. Very knowledgeable on his craft. I am glad I got to meet him he is on my phone real ID now for anything I ever need completed.

We were out of town when a pipe broke in our wall due to extreme cold temps. We had a house sitter and luckily she heard it burst and turned off the water or it would have been much worse.

From a distance we called Full Speed Plumbing and they were out the next day. Fixed the broken pipe in record time and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Well…maybe an arm just up to the elbow but it was totally worth it! Until Anthony got here and fixed the pipe we had no water. Not a great situation to come home to.
